Please make sure you have purchased the right size. All Sales are Final. As our business grows, we hope that this will change as we want our customers to be satisfied and to continue shopping with Pretty Bomb Boutique. Unfortunately at this time, no refunds or exchanges can be given.

Delivery 

Pretty Bomb Boutique does not offer delivery of items. If you are local and need your items sooner, you must choose pick up as your shipping option when purchasing. All pick ups must be scheduled within 72 hours of purchase. To schedule a pick up time, contact us via DM on Facebook, Instagram, or by call/text @678-794-2637. Pretty Bomb Boutique has the right to refuse any pick up arrangement if there is a safety concern. 

Shipping 

Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email you provide. It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct email and shipping information. Once the status of package has been updated by the courier to reflect that it has been delivered, Pretty Bomb Boutique is not responsible and holds no liability for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the respective courier. 

International Shipping

Customer is fully responsible for paying any custom fees incurred. Pretty Bomb Boutique is unable to alter any invoices to relieve custom fees.
